A long-term group investment vehicle

Afrika Diaspora Co-operative (ADC) Limited is a long-term group investment vehicle.

ADC is registered by Fair Trading NSW as a co-operative in New South Wales, Australia (NSWC22016) and incorporated under the Co-operatives National Law (NSW), and a current member of The Co-operative Federation of Australia.

Further, ADC is registered in the Australian Business Register (ABN: 30731076201) of the Australian Government.

Australia has one of the most stringent co-operative and financial regulatory structures in the World; therefore, registering ADC in Australia is a testament to the level of competency and confidence that members can expect from the board managing their assets.

As long as you live, you can look forward to a life-long, socio-cultural-economic engagement with ADC. However, should you wish to retire, you may pass on your shares to a nominated dependant/s.

Share dividends
